Deck Fix: Pikeru's Little Friends - Master of Shadows

Guess what, everyone? It's time to play "Name What I'm Going to Do!" with me, Master of Shadows, as your host. Now to play. Can you name what I'm going to do here? If you guessed "Fix another deck," you just won the grand prize - a chance to read another deck fix. Okay, so that's not much of a prize, but I just wanted to open this one a bit differently. As usual, you'll see the message first: 

Hi Master of Shadows,

I  saw your other deckfixes and I really liked what you did with them, 
so I was wondering if you could fix my deck up too; I kinda just threw 
it together :p. I've got a fairly limited budget though so I can't 
afford high end cards like Solemn Judgment.

Okay, so we have a Gadget deck with Giant Rat and his friends supporting it. I count 20 monsters, 20 Spells, and 12 Traps. This is going to pose a problem, but not to worry. That's what I'm here for. Now to cut a few...okay, a lot of things. 

Cards that'll rust over quickly in this deck: 

- 1 Green Gadget

- 1 Red Gadget

- 1 Yellow Gadget

- 1 Mystic Swordsman LV2

- 2 Exiled Force

- 2 Offerings to the Doomed

- 3 Creature Swap

- 1 Giant Trunade

- 1 Swords of Revealing Light

- 2 Messenger of Peace

- 2 Mirror Wall

- 1 Magic Drain

- 1 Sakuretsu Armor 

That's quite the long list. I cut 19 cards from this deck, giving me room for just 7-9 cards to add. That's not too much room, but I'll do what I can. You only need 2 of each Gadget. 3 of each can be overkill. Besides, that gives us a few more slots to work with. A lot of the other cards just didn't fit in too well, so let's see what I can do. 

Cards that won't rust over too quickly in this deck: 

+ 2 Cyber Dragon

+ 1 Snipe Hunter

+ 2 Lightning Vortex

+ 2 Dimensional Prison / Enemy Controller

+ 2 Dark Bribe / Divine Wrath / Seven Tools of the Bandit 

I added 9, bringing you to 42. There really wasn't too much I could do for you while still maintaining the Giant Rat Toolbox with the Gadgets. The Gadgets need a lot of Spell / Trap protection, and the Giant Rat Toolbox portion takes away a bit of the deck space that would otherwise be used to support the Gadgets, so I'll also suggest other cards for you to use: 

Drillroid (for all those defensive monsters, including a pesky Spirit Reaper or Marshmallon)

Hammer Shot (added removal)

Limit Reverse (to reuse some of your monsters - Card Trooper, Injection Fairy Lily, Exiled Force)

Sangan (to search things out) 

There is a lot more you could add, but those are just ones I could think of off the top of my head. Mostly everything that was added was to help support the Gadgets. Enjoy. Sorry I couldn't do too much more for you. Oh well. That's the way the cookie crumbles.
