Well, you all know the Monarchs. Ah, yes.
And how difficult they may be to get out?
Try this:
Monsters:
Caius the Shadow Monarch (2)
Raiza the Stormwind Monarch (2)
Zaborg the Thunder Monarch (1)
Granmarg the Rock Monarch (1)
Mobius the Frost Monarch (2)
D.D. Scout Plane (2)
D.D. Survivor (2)
Cyber Dragon (1)
Exiled Force (1)
Marshmallon/ Spirit Reaper (1)
Morphing Jar (1)
Breaker the Magical Warrior (1)
Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer (1)
Treeborn Frog (1)
Spells:
Lightning Vortex (1)
Double Summon (1)
Reinforcements of the Army (1)
Dimensional Fissure (1)
Soul Exchange (1)
Book of Moon (1) [DO NOT SUB IN A BOOK OF
ECLIPSE]
Nobleman of Crossout (1)
Mystical Space Typhoon (1)
Brain Control (1)
Heavy Storm (1)
Traps:
Mirror Force (1)
Dimensional Prison (2) [Substitutable w/ 2
Sakuretsu Armor]
Torrential Tribute (1)
Magical Cylinder (1)
Bottomless Trap Hole (2)
Macro Cosmos (2)
Sakuretsu (1) [Or 3, if you can't get the
Dimensional Prisons]
Karma Cut (1) [Substitutable w/ Raigeki
Break]
Strategy here is to get Fissure or Macro on
the field and basically re-use Scout Plane
and Survivor for tributes for your Monarchs.
Cyber Dragon is obvious, if you get a
Monarch and Cyber first turn, and your
opponent goes first, you get your Monarch
first turn for some good damage. Treeborn is
in here as a re-usable tribute until you
pull out Fissure or Macro. Marshmallon/
Spirit Reaper just stalls, but I'd rather go
with Marshmallon here, as it does 1000
damage when attacked face-down, plus it
doesn't get killed by Shrink (which has
happened to my Spirit Reaper before. It
sucked.) Brain Control, Soul Exchange, and
Double Summon just let you get a Monarch out
in one turn. Book of Moon is perfectly
combo'd with Granmarg, or if you don't
already have Fissure/ Macro, Nobleman it and
watch as one of your opponent's best
monsters just got removed from
play. Obviously, this is anti-swarm,
anti-Glad Beasts, not so much
anti-Lightsworns (but you could try), so we
have the basic attack negaters, spell/trap
destruction, ect with Heavy, Torrential,
Breaker, and so on. There's no side deck,
because that's really all based upon
preference. If you want to throw in a Dark
Resonator or Krebons and some Synchros, that
would be worth side-decking here. If you
don't like the build, mess with it until it
fits your style. Enjoy! |
