The Strategy
Although this is a Cyber Eltanin deck I didn't want him to be the only focus of the deck. Therefore I didn't make this a mill deck.
In my opinion the best LIGHT Machine monsters in the current meta-game aside from Cyber Dragon are Kaiba's (from the original anime) V,W,X,Y, and Z cards. This is because they are able to swarm the field through Frontline Base and can automatically fusion summon w/o polymerization (which in essence is almost the same as synchro summoning a monster). The only problem with the V, W, X, Y and Z monsters is that alone they are almost as useless as normal monsters. To get around this problem I incorporated Dark Bribe, Order to Charge and Solidarity into the deck. Since I put Dark Bribe into the deck I added Fusilier Dragon the Dual Mode Beast and one Guardian Eatos.
Guardian Eatos is amazing in this deck. Since when the V, W, X, Y and Z monsters fusion summon they are removed from play and since Cyber Elatinin removes from play light machine monsters from the graveyard to pull off his effect - Guardian Eatos can easily be special summoned from the hand. However I only put one in the deck because I only own one and otherwise Solidarity won't work. The best move in the deck is to special summon Cyber Elatanin then special summon Guardian Eatos and then normal summon X - Head Cannon for game.
By the way - the 2 Helping Robo for Combat are there for draw support. I prefer Helping Robo for Combat in this deck rather than Blue Thunder - T 45 simply because he allows you to draw and choose cards you need to pull off some of the effective combo's in this deck.
I would advise anyone playing this deck to side deck at least one Cyber Dinosaur for Blackwings. Since Blackwing players constantly special summon monsters from their hand and swarm the field Cyber Dinosaur's effect shouldn't be hard to pull off - plus he isn't affected by Skill Drain.
I would note to anyone playing this deck that the biggest problem right now for machine decks is Magnetic Muskeeto (I'm not sure I spelled it right). Anyway he has a flip effect that destroys all machine monsters on the field. Skill Drain and Solemn Judgment can stop this but it is not enough. Expect your opponent to side deck at least two Magnetic Muskeeto's against this deck.

Until next time this is Mark signing off.
