First You Want To Get The Warrior Type Card CYBER TUTU. Next You Want to Get the Any Of The Following Traps(and Half Shut[Spell]), The More The Better.

• Draining Shield
• Sakuretsu Armor
• Negate Attack
• Scrap-Iron Scarecrow
• Threatening Roar
• Magic Cylinder
• And Defense Draw(works Only If You Have Half Shut)
  

    The Whole Plan Is About CYBER TUTU and her special effect,, Which Allows You To Attack Your Opponent Directly If CYBER TUTU ATK Is Lower Than The ATK Of All Your Opponents Monsters.  If You Play This Card You Should Have One Of The Traps Listed Or Half Shut.  Since CYBER TUTU Has To Have A Lower ATK To Use It's Effect You Need A Card To Stop Attacks Or Stop It From Being Destroyed.  If You Use Draining Shield It Boosts Your LP And Negates The Attack, If You Use Sakuretsu Armor It Stops The Attack And Destroys The Monster,  Negate Attack Ends The Battle Phase Completely, Scrap-Iron Scarecrow Can Be Used To Negate An Attack And Then Be Set Back Down,  Threatening Roar Stops The Opponent From Attacking,  Magic Cylinder Can Be Used To Stop The Attack Of The Opponents And Since The Opponents Monster Has An ATK Higher Than 1000 Its One Step Closer To Winning,  When You Use Half Shut You Can Keep It On The Field But Lowers Its ATK (Temporally) But If You Use Defense Draw Damage Is Reduced To 0 And You Draw A Card. The Key Is To Keep CYBER TUTU In Play To Allow It To Attack Directly And With Traps Stalling For Time And Keeping CYBER TUTU From Being Destroyed. And If Anything Happens To You LP Use Draining Shield, If It Attacks And His A High Attack Use Magic Cylinder To Shorten The Duel.
