News Article # 11 - New Card Release Info

Hey, everyone. Got some new news to share with you all today. Let’s start off with..

- To be released on June 24th.

- Set is a reprint of the Duelist Legacy sets Volumes 1-3.

- There will be 12 cards per pack, 24 packs per box, at ¥300 per pack.

- Chances of obtaining Rare cards will be higher.

- Total: 250+ cards (Might be alternate rarity versions of some cards, out-of-set Ultimate Rare(s), etc.

Ultra Rare Cards: 15

Super Rare Cards: 20

Rare Cards: 30

Common Cards: 185

Also, new Limited Edition 6 and V-Jump promo cards will soon be released.

- Only one version of LE6, presumably Yugi version.

- Will contain 5 cards:

Here are some (unconfirmed) Effects for a couple of them.

????/???? - Level 5 - 2000/1200

Effect: Discard one card from your Hand to Special Summon this Monster.

Normal Magic (??)

Effect: Activate this card when you have a {The Tricky} face-up on the Field. The number of {The Tricky} on your side of the Field becomes equal to the number of Monsters on your opponent’s side of the Field.

(If these are correct, expect some new Decks to come about with The Tricky, Tricky’s Magic 4, and Polite Intruding Trio combos)

- Unknown release date as of now.

- All cards used (I believe) in the Memory Saga of the Anime.

Mobile Fortress Stronghold will be released in the new V-Jump magazine being released this week. The presumed Effect is as follows.

Normal Trap Card

Effect: Activate this card when an opponent’s Monster attacks. The attack is negated, and this card is then put onto the Field as a Monster (Type/Sub-Type/Level unknown) with stats of 0 (??) / 2000.
