Hello again to Pojo and Yugioh fans one and all! Sorry
for my recess, but as usual, things in the real world keep
me from writing as regularly as I may like. I have been very
busy lately with a promotion at my job and other things.
Other things involving getting all my paperwork and other
stuff done to transfer to a new college in the Fall.

Anyway, we could know the new Ban List here any day, odds
are it's still a week or so away, but I would like to get my
thoughts in before it comes out.

					Newly Banned:

Future Fusion: Future Fusion is the most popular way of
summoning the popular Chimeratech in setting up the One Turn
Kill, and it does have other possibilities, outside of
					Chimeratech.

Mirror Force: I don't so much want this card banned, as just
it is (however advertantly or inadvertantly) cycled on and
off every six months. We had it this time, so odds are,
					we're losing it again.

Ring of Destruction: One of the best 1 for 1 cards we have,
as well as a very powerful finishing card. Very dangerous,
and it was fun, but it needs to return.

Treeborn Frog: Hurts Monarch decks, but hurts other decks as
					well.
More than just the Monarch build will feel the pain of the
					death of the Frog.

					Newly Restricted:

Chimeratech Over-Dragon: Granted, it won't be quite as easy
to summon without Future Fusion, but it still has other easy
means of being summoned, such as Overload Fusion.

Overload Fusion: This would become the new "Future Fusion"
for Chimera, as this makes him just as easy to summon,
					perhaps easier even.

Thousand Eye Restrict: With Morph and Scapegoat still at one
a piece, it wouldn't be terrible to bring back TER. At least
with one of each, he is able to be somewhat contained.

Mobius the Frost Monarch: People seem to play two, or even
three in their Monarch build, and he is an instant +1 if you
					successfully destroy two m/t cards.

Zaborg the Thunder Monarch: Now, people ARE playing three of
him most of the time, and those who don't are running two.
An insane +1 that can leave you hurting.

The Forceful Sentry: Powerful? Yes. We still have
Confiscation, but as long as Delinquent Duo were to stay
banned, it would be all right.
Good early game, all right mid-game, lackluster late game.

Tsukuyomi: Brings a little balance and control back to the
game. It also helps to keep Thousand Eye Restrict and
whatever Monarchs may remain in check.

Monster Reborn: We seem to be getting back one of the "core"
cards back a list, what with Graceful, Mirror Force, Dark
Hole, and such in the last few lists, this is the power card
I would like to see come back for a rotation. Will it
happen? Probably not, but I can hope.

					Newly Semi-Restricted:

Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys: Is the Sacred Phoenix a good
					card? Yes.
Is it a powerful card? Yes. However, no one is using it to
it's potential, or much at all. I don't believe it deserves
to be at one anymore folks.

DD Assailant: Again, not the powerhouse it once was. Nearly
everyone uses the copy of DD Warrior Lady they're allowed,
but only Warrior Toolbox seems to use Assailant.

Instant Fusion: Has potential, BIG potential to be a new
Magical Scientist and spawn some new OTK but it hasn't been
too big of a problem...yet. Why wait until it does?

Anyway, those are my thoughts, and I welcome any feedback,
of course, as always, @ tsearcy@lssu.edu Keeping full well
in mind these are just my thoughts, I don't effect the
actual list in any way, and my opinion is exactly that: MY
					OPINON!

You stay classy, PLanet Earth :)
