Hey Pojo readers,

 

I’m just sticking my head in to let you know a little more about the create-a-card contest!

 

First, please please PLEASE abide by the One card/person limit. I don't have time to judge 5 or 6 cards from one person. Aside from time constraints, it isn't fair to the people who only sent one. For those who have sent multiple cards, I will take a quick look over your cards and select the one I think will do best.

 

 Third, I am currently looking for judge panel members. If you are a seasoned veteran at creating cards and/or you are an accomplished duelists (though you don't have to have an SJC/regional win to be considered "accomplished"),  and/or if you write articles or reviews, and you have NOT entered the contest, I would like your assistance in judging the cards late in August. I'm looking to create a panel of 9 people, plus myself.

 

 Fourth, the TAEV Sneak Peak is coming up. I will use that event to acquire cards for prizes. Keep in mind, however, that this doesn't necessarily mean that TAEV cards will be the prizes.  That in mind, the top 4 prizes will likely be announced next week!

 

Fifth, I've decided on the name of the set! Since this set is all about returning stuff from the field to the hand and deck, the name of the set is Ascendants from the Earth or AftE.

 

 Finally, for all that have not submitted, step on up. You have plenty of time! I look forward to your submissions!  I’ve gotten over 50 so far, I hope this to double before this contest ends!
