Hamon and Uria
March 22, 2006

After reviewing last weeks cards, many of you heard how bad the new sacred beasts are. How they suck, how skill drain hurts them, how drillroid runs them over, smashing ground, etc.

Once again we come to a situation in which we have some awesome cards. We have cards that can generate advantage and simply finish off games. The only reason people have deemed these cards "un-playable" is because we come to a situation in which we have balanced cards. A 4000/4000 monster that deals an additional 1000 damage to your opponent after running over a monster should require huge summoning requirements.

A 0/0, which is searchable by sangan, that becomes a potential 3000/3000 plus, and then kills any monster and destroys a spell or trap without a chain. It should force you to sak 3 continuous trap cards. These cards remind us how a balanced game can be played. They remind of us true logic. The real Egyptian gods are wrong sick cards, that any reviewer would give a 5/5 simply because the game would be (who ever draws a God First Wins)

This game should not be played like this.

Today and Tomorrow, I will make post regarding decks utilizing Hamon and Uria.

Today's Deck is focused on Uria....................................My favorite sacred beast

This deck, made by Zachary Roberts, harnesses the power or Uria, Lord of Searing Flames. This deck won him a tournament. In response to winning he was rewarded a box of cards, pulling the other 2 Sacred Beast and an Ultimate rare Cyber laser Dragon; see, originality is rewarded:P

The other deck I personally played against through YVD. This deck has a very ingenious way to manipulate draw cards like graceful charity. Created by G102Y5568 his deck is a combination of an idea sent to me earlier by Fabian Kenzeler (who's deck I will be showing all of you on another dedication day), which uses Convulsion of Nature as a means of drawing cards while also manipulating Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder as a game-ender. I will post this deck in its own feature article: it needs one to explain how it works.

now this deck has won a tournament. Not much I can do or say concerning fixing it. I can make suggestions. Some cards I could see creating synergy would be pole position, royal oppression, ordeal of the traveler, and even gravity bind. Zack has also made an updated version. When he sends me a copy I will post it.

I plan on making a post concerning Hamon, Mokey-Mokey, Silent Magician, some frog decks have been sent to me, a day dedicated to some weird decks using oppressed people and their support cards, an online duel I had with the leader of team BTA, and whatever else I feel like writing:P

As for Team Necrosis, A lot of important info for you all to know. We now have an active website to communicate with. Information regarding this can be reached by sending me an e-mail, please still include you contact info and name (just in case I have failed to write it down yet), and at the top of the e-mail state NECROSIS MEMBER. that way I can get a Tally for people and not have to search through some 1000 plus e-mails. Thank you
