Fire Swarm and a little more Simochi by: The Dude
From: "Bridget Puyleart" <B_Puyleart@msn.com>
Date: Thu, 14 Jul 2005 19:06:08 -0500
The Dude back with his second tip! anyways about my last tip
I recently got an e-mail from a fellow Simochi user, He told
me that he used snatch steal in his Simochi deck. Snatch
Steal a staple in just about ever deck but never occurred to
me how well it would run in a Simochi deck. Your opponent
gets 1000+ every turn steal a monster let it sit on your
side of the field and let it look pretty while doing 1000
every turn to your opponent's LP very nice very nice.
-Fire Swarm-
What is it? A low budget deck that kills just about
everything in its way except for those pesky kycoos. Fire
swarms idea is getting massive numbers of fire monsters on
the field relatively easily. Cards to use The Thing in
Crater common form Invasion of Chaos, Spirit of Flames a
common from Labyrinth of Nightmare, Inferno a common from
Invasion of Chaos, and Gaia soul of the Combustible
Collective a rare from RDS these monster along with Blazing
Inpachi and Great Angus both fire beat sticks make a nice
swarm deck. The Thing in Crater is the main guy in this deck
when he's destroyed special summon one pyro monster from
your hand free Blazing Inpachi summon but if your like me
you have x2 Twin headed fire dragon in your deck and you get
out a free 2200 attacker. This deck would need x2 Molten
Destruction and maybe a few more beat sticks ( Dark fire
soldier #1 ) Ultimate baseball kid and Blowback Dragon are
always fun in this deck but since I am a money pincher I
play with Twin headed fire dragon instead of Blowback
Dragon. Since you are special summoning monster like crazy
in this deck tribute them off for Gaia's effect and run over
a scape goat for 4000 direct damage just for fun. I have
played this deck in a few tourney's and came out being in
the top 5 almost everytime but never first. Removal monsters
Spirit and Inferno are very useful for swarming the field
remove one fire monster from the grave to special summon one
of these guys pretty cheap for field advantage. Spirit gains
+300 attack when its your battle phase, and inferno inflicts
1500 damage if he destroys one of your opponents monsters
which is sick and wrong. Infernos only 1100 attack so
hopefully you have molten destruction out ( field magic card
that gives all fire monsters +500 attack ). Cards to watch
out for Tribe infecting Virus and Kycoo's That's what
Bottomless trap holes are for =)
Try it out and let me know what happens andy_puyleart@hotmail.com<mailto:andy_puyleart@hotmail.com>
