Rescue Cat OTK - Etz Over
From: omar john <dgreet1@yahoo.com>
Date: Sat, 16 Jul 2005 20:37:42 -0700 (PDT)

First of all, I would like to say that I have been playing Yugioh for about 2 years and this is my first CCG tip I have contributed to Pojo. Now that i have said that on with the tip.

Introduction: A new OTK deck has been made that revovles around Rescue Cat (FET-EN033). The main purpose of this deck is to swarm your opponent with as many monsters as possible and finish them before they have a chance to do anything. The main cards you are going to need to create this deck are: Rescue Cat (of course), Last Will (SDY-039), Milus Radiant (MRD-110), and Des Wombat (TLM-EN031).

The Deck:

Monsters: 15
3x Rescue Cat
3x Nimble Momonga
2x Milus Radiant
3x Giant Rat
3x Des Wombat
1x Sangan

Spells: 20
1x Pot of Greed
1x Graceful Charity
1x Heavy storm
1x Premature Burial
1x Mystical Space Typhoon
1x Snatch Steal
2x Nobleman of Crossout
2x Giant Trunade
2x Last Will
2x Gaia Power
2x Reload
1x Terraforming
1x United We Stand
2x Level Limit Area B

Traps: 5
1x Ring of Destruction
1x Torriential Tribute
1x Call of the Haunted
2x Threatening Roar

The Combo:

1.) Make sure you have at least 1 Rescue Cat in your hand, a Last Will, and (optional) a power-up such as Gaia Power or United We Stand.

2.) Make sure your opponent's field is clear, meaning no magic or traps and no monsters.

3.) Summon Rescue Cat, activate Last Will, use Rescue Cat's effect to bring out 2 Milus Radiant, then use Last Will's effect to bring out another Rescue Cat and then use that Rescue Cat's effect to bring out another Milus Radiant and Des Wombat.

4.) If done correctly, the total damage should be 8500, more than enough to win. (For extra damage use Gaia Power or United We Stand)

Note: If you have problems with Scapegoat in your area, it is probably good to add a few Gyaku-Gire Panda in your side deck.

Conclusion: The Rescue Cat Deck can be a challenging and somewhat annoying deck to use at times. You might sweep your opponent the first game and lose horribly the next. This deck is really meant for casual fun use. Maybe with a little fixing up, this deck could win tournaments. It's all about how well the cards flow together. Etz Over signing off.

Major Note: This deck was inspired from one of the forums on the yugioh tcgplayer website. I would like to thank lavalock for creating such a great deck. Just saying this to give lavalock credit and so people dont go around saying I "stole" his deck. I simply modified it, but gave all the credit to him.

Like It? Hate It? Ideas? Sugesstions? Anything. All comments welcome. I am open to anything.
