i got there at 10:00 and did a bit of trading before the tournament began.

First Round

Fairy Lily Beatdown vs My friend with a beatdown( with the help of me)

Its hard to remember but..i draw jinzo,skull,pot,traphole,and kycoo. I summon kycoo and play pot, i get

bazoo and axe. From then i just keep killing him with kycoo and bazoo.

Me: 8000, 5700

Him: 8000, 5500, 3700, 0

Second match was pretty much the same except i used lusters

Inbetween: I walk around and make a couple trades nothin much, buy some pizza

and wait for my next match, Oh yea and i didnt mention i got a pack of Dark Beggining before i started

and pulled and exodia piece, the rest was garbage.

Round Two

Fairy Lily Beatdown vs Complete Newb who kept fooling around(forgot your name sorry)

first match:

i draw lily,axe,kycoo,traphole, and Noc. He goes first and sets a face down defense and ends. I NOC it and summon fairy lily with

axe, power her up and boom 4400 direct damage. This kid keeps talking to his little friend and they laugh. I end my turn by setting trap hole. He sets another face down card in defense then activates cold wave(LOL). The card says that i cant set any magics for 2 turns. He thinks my axe is destroyed but i tell him that it doesnt say negate. So he asks the judge and gets told that i was right and he was wrong. i summon kycoo, attack the face down card( it was a steel scorpion lol) and finish him with lily.

second match:

Comple ownage. i get out fairy and summoned skull with axe in at least 10 turns and obliterate him.

Inbetween: well im out of money, so i just look at some crazy guys binder( 10 pages of ultras, and secrets). i do a bit of fun

dueling, i fought this 35 year old who beat my friend with his Armed Dragon Deck( it was pretty good) i duel him and... he beats

me with 1000 lp( darn i hate those armed dragons) he says that im really good and helps my friends deck out by giving him some 1900 attks( luster dragon SD1) and a giant orc.

Third Round

Well this time i was a bit worried because this guy was like.. 17 or 18.

First match

oh god. i draw terrible cards and he keeps owning me with these stupid thorn ladys or something.

Second Match

Thank God, i cleared his field and fairy came out with some backup by bazoo and kycoo and does some serious owning

Third Match

Same as the first match although i almost had him, he was at like 1900 life points. But he still owned me once again with his dumb thorn ladys( ive gotta get myself some of those)

Inbetween: uh oh i forgot my case of cards at some table. i run as fast as i can and luckily get it before someone else. nothing was

stolen( thank god....... i had a set of F I N A L and a couple secret rares in there).

Fourth Round

Hmm this guy was a bit jumpy, 20 to 25 by the looks of him. This guy kept blinking and rubbing his nose....

First Match

well i forgot what kind of deck he had but it was well made. and he beat me badly.

Second Match

Yay my fairy lily helps me again and crushes him with 2 axes.

Third Match

Okay if beat this guy im in the top eight. I draw kycoo,anubis,pot,traphole, and MEB. i set MEB and he attacks it with some monster that i forgot the name of. it gets.. eaten. he ends i use pot and get fairy and axe. Then from there i use fairy and anubis and do some serious damage.

yay im in the top 8.

Oh yea and the guy i just beat kept bragging how he bought phoenix of nephythys or watever it is for $75. lol thats kinda sad.

Fifth round and sadly my last

yes i lost badly both rounds, no questions asked



After the tourney: Well it was a good tourney and im glad i ripped that guy of for fairy and anubis. The pizza was pretty good and i had alot of challening duels... and some that weren't so challenging. And just to say this has been my first tourney in like 2 to 3 years so i think i did pretty well. And collected some pretty good cards considering i just started 3 weeks ago. And once again i forgot to say that i got another pack( which was free) i got another piece of exodia and the rest once again garbage(lol)
