This is NiGhT WinG back again with a tourney report. This time me and some of Team Punishment headed down to Anaheim for GenCon SoCal, in total 4 of us went. Me Wilson "NiGhT WiNG" Yu, Matt "Phats" Chu, Mac "Dailo" Chu, and Alex"LoFat" Tom. Me and The Chu Brothers drove down, and Alex  drove down with his parents. Me, Matt, and Mac Got to Anaheim at about 5:30am on Friday. The Hotel we're staying at were being asses and wouldn't let us check in without charging us an extra day (>_<), so we had to go sleep in Mac's friend hotel room.

Friday

I got there to the covention at like 10, so not much to do yet cause most parts were still setting up. I first go to take the level 3 yugioh judge test, I got a 57 and I needed atleast 80 (-_-). Now I'm walking around trying to get free stuff, I got a couple of avatar mats and some FET packs for beating some judges with Matt, (hey leginton and Daniel lol). I was tired so I sorta have memory block between what I did at this point and until the regional started at around five, so i'll just jump into it, and I don't remember much so yea this isn;t going to be in great detail.

Me Vs. Patrick Wu

Match 1

Patrick Must Have had a bad hand cause I had him almost topdecking turn 3 and finshed him off with 2 Zaborgs on turn 6.

Basically the same thing but it took longer

Me Vs. Sang Buui

At this point I was like WTF!!! I had to play 2 of the best players in the country.

he runs into my tomatos and my Zaborgs and don basically get to work.

He rapes me with Thestalos and Soul Echange

this game was really fun. It was so back and forth, I would sac for zaborg then he would soul ex it for thestatos. We got each other to top decking pretty fast, but i top-decked better so yea.

Game 1

I just own him with tomato, zaborg, reaper, and don.

Game 2

He topdecked like crazy after I got him into topdecking mode, and he got out a socerer and I just got owned.

Game 3

The game was pretty even until I destroy his whole field with Dust tornados, and zaborgs. At the final moments of this round I was freaked cause he didn't use cylinder yet and I was at 800, but they were just wabokus so i was okay.

he was one of the nicest people i have met so far at gencons i have been too he was just so nice and relaxed it made the game go alot better

Game 1

He kept setting and my drillroid and dust just ate through everything. I didn't even get a chance to see what he was playing, but i'm pretty sure it was a cookie.

he was one of sac town friends. he wanted me to scoop cause he just beat his friend in the last round(brandon 4-2), and if he goes undefeated he might have a better chance of making top 8, so I scoop.

he does the exact samething and I 2-0 him in under 5 minutes, I was the first one done out of top 8.I got my mat and invite so i'm really happy right now, but i'm tired so i head back to the hotel, and it stopped at top 4 cause we got the same prizes and everybody wanted to leave. Alex got there around the time top 8 started.

Saturday

I woke up at like 8 got dressed and went to mcdonalds for some break fast. We got back to the convention center at around 9 and did all the paperwork for the SJC decklist etc.

I tried doing the n00b act but he saw me own yesterday, so he didn't buy it (>_<) lol

Game 2

I raped his hand with reaper, drop off etc. so by turn 3 he only had a face down m/t I have a reaper on the field, a torrential face down, and like 2 random cards in my hand. He goes and topdecks a cyber stein (o_0), pays for a cyber twin. I try to torrential but he had a decree. (-_-)

He ran a horus deck, I thought the deck was okay but there were so many questionable deck choices (element dragon etc.) I hand rape him by turn 5 and Game over.

I love tomatos and zaborgs, I killed off all the lv6 before the lv8 had a chance to come out.

Me vs. Some Kid

Game 1

This kid was just running cookie cutter with some berserk, it was good but meh I still didn't like it. He got me down low with a direct hit from a boosted blade knight and a gorilla but a bazoo topdeck owned him. I guess he couldn't draw anything to kill a 2200 monster.

I just beat him fast and early with zaborgs and assailents GG

Me vs.Nareg Torossian

Game 1

I just hit it fast and hard with zaborg, drop off and don cause that game ended pretty fast.

Game 2

I got the jankest hand in the world 2 drop off, dust, mst, reaper, and a crossout. He controllers the reaper on turn 2 and it was down hill from there.

Game 3

I ahd him topdecking, and I screw jump cause I had a don on the field, a sak armor face down and a reaper in my hand, he has a face down monster. I just attack with the don and i hit a sangan. he gets a reaper and stalls for like 4 turns and then topdecks mobius and kills off my sak armor, I lost

I was mad about my lost and don't remember much about this game except I won 2-0 and he had a cookie cut deck

I play this one hispanic dude and i 2-0 him and while i was packing up he says we only play one game and we got into an arguement about this. I was hella pissed and I was fine w/e (i should have called for a judge don't know why i didn't) I play him again and I don't know how but he was just able to bazzoo and return from a different dimensin in about 4 turns and kill me twice WTF!!! I hope you get ran over in the street for doing that to me boy.

I'm hella pissed at this point i lost a chance at top 8 and i was cheated out of it, not beacuse i lost (>_<). Like i said i hope to see you're _ _ _(fill in the blanks) suffering for this sooner of later.

Most of my friends dropped and did the regionals so i just wait for my rankings prizes etc. and for them to finish up etc. I got 49th place i'm pissed that dude knows i beat him and he cheats out of his _ _ _(fill in the blank) to "beat" me.
