O.K. here's my report first of all I got there at 10:00 exactly when Toys R Us opens so I had to wait a few minutes before being allowed in for the tourney.Of course I was first so I got my deck out and got ready.



Match 1#

The first match was against travis(read report from december 2005 for more on him) who still has his old Blue eyes white dragon combo.This time I went first and drew trap hole,skilled dark magician,dark blade,draining shield,sand moth and drew,great angus on my first draw.Fair hand I played sand moth f/d nd trap hole and draining shield f/d to.He drew played m/t f/d plus a dark blade face up attack mode and destroyed my sand moth.But I brought it back with 2000atk and 1000def.Then he ended I drew a blast with chain and played it f/d He activated ultimate and summoned two blue eyes white dragons.And I play blast with chain.I then ended.He drew then played a obligatory summon and summoned another BEWD in attack mode.Then played polymerization.OH MY GOD!He attacked then I played Draining shield and gained 4500 life points.

Then next turn I drew lightning vortex I discarded A card And killed his BEUD man that was the close part of the match then I attacked directly with sand moth for 2500 lp and with dark blade for 1800 lp.

Then He forfited He showed me his hand it was all useless magics and traps.I don't know how I won this one but I did.





Match 2#

This was against some kid named jake-jacob?something like that he ran a modified joey starter deck.He went first played a card f/d and and m/t face down and ended.I drew some good cards like skilled,asura,tribute good hand and I drew cyber archfiend.I played asura face up in attack mode and tribute f/d.He played a card f/d and ended.I drew lightning vortex and played it and discarded a card and destroyed his whole field and played skilled in face up attack mode and attacked directly for 3600 lp

I ended.Then he drew and played dark hole and then played dark blade and attacked directly for 1800 lp.

He ended.Then I drew and played my gemini elf and activated my blast with chain.And k.o'd his dark blade for 700 lp

ten I played pot of greed and drew meteor of destruction,and another skilled.I played meteor for 1000 lp

Him:8000-4400-3700-2700

Ten I ended He played a face down and ended.I drew my barrel dragon and sacraficed 2 monsters for him and used his effect and got two heads and killed his f/d and attacked for 2600.

He then played premature to bring back one card and played it f/d and ended.He was either giving up or had a plan.I used bvarrels effect but it failed I attacked anyway but he had a man eater bug and killed my barrel.I ended he played a monster reborn to reborn barrel and attack for 2600 lp.

He then ended I drew a man eater bug and played it f/d and ended.He drew and attacked his barrel got destroyed and I got the lead back.It was my turn I played matza the zapper and attacked for the win.

That was a close one to and it was about time to leave when a kid(NEWBIE!!) asked if My real american oblisk was real and traded me a ulrarare gaia the dragon champion,1 vampire lord,1blast with chain,and a super rare red eyes metal dragon.
