Pre-torney
On Friday , my mother's friend drove me to FIT games so I
could buy myself card(s) off of James. I buy cyberdark
dragon, cyberdark keel, and cyberdark horn for $50. Then I
go home to construct my deck even though I couldn't do it.
So on Saturday I wake up at 8:00 and do the usual as I wait
for Mike. I head out to the card shop with Mike at 11:55 and
then I arrive at 12:15 and trade for some of the missing
cards.
The trades I did were as follows
Promo Blowback dragon and Elemental hero mudballman for tin
Cyber dragon
Goldd and victory viper for a Cyber Esper and a super rare
Cyberdark horn
Victory Viper (ultimate rare) for an ultra rare Time Wizard
The ultra rare time wizard for an ultra rare SOI Uria lord
of searing flames
Twin headed beast for Inferno Hammer
Qustion for ultra rare Blue eyes ultimate dragon and King
Dragun
and I bought an ultimate rare Armed Dragon LV5 for $6
On another note I bought my third Cyber dragon tin and in
the packs I pulled
Cybernetic revoloution #1 : Cyber twin dragon (super rare)
Cybernetic revoloution #2 : Ultimate rare Dimension wall
SOI: B.E.S. Covered Core
EEN: Goldd of dark world
EOJ: clock tower prison
then I bought a DB2 pack and pulled........... a rare ring
of magnetism (boo)
a POTD pack and pulled an Overload fuison
a CDIP pack and pulled a rare lightning punisher (boo)
and another DB2 pack and pulled Statue of the wicked (boo)
and now onto the tourney.
Match 1: JT def. Gabe 2-1 at 8 minutes and 23 secounds.
Duel one finished opponet off with Cyberdark dragon equipped
with Blue eyes white dragon.
Duel 2 got finished off by Jinzo and Cyber dragon
Duel 3 finished him off with Armed dragon LV5 equipped
Cyberdark dragon and Masked dragon.
Match 2: Mike def. JT 2-0 at 10 minutes and 44 secounds.
Duel 1 I got burned by ring of destruction
Duel 2 I got Ceasfired and killed by submarineroid.
Match 3: Mike Ryan (kid who used banned cards in my last
tourney report) def. JT 2-0 with a deck with no banned cards
at Five minutes twenty-seven secounds.
Duel one my cyber twin got Magic cylindered.
Duel two I got killed by a rock monarch and Mobius.
Match 4: JT def. CJ 2-0 at six minutes and 2 secounds. JT's
note: This noob held his own both duels but this deck was
too much.
Duel one an equipped Cyberdark dragon and 2 cyber dragons
destroyed him
Duel two my Cyberdark horn equipped with Twin headed
behemoth rammed through his defense position Goblin attack
force for the win.
Top 8 round one match: Mike def. JT 2-1 at thirteen minutes.
Duel one saw myself get killed by Wave motion cannon
Duel 2 saw my masked dragon attack Mike directly
Duel 3 saw 2 stealth birds kill me in 4 turns while Gravity
bind was on his field.
So I am the secound one gone from the tourney which means I
win seventh place. I get my grab bag and pull a super rare
soul exchange.
Post-tourney
I try to trade for this noob's mirror force (I offered him
$100 in cards for it) and my Uncle Andrew arrives after Mike
wins First place.Out of the 5 packs he wins , he pulls a
super rare Command Knight and a super rare EOJ E-hero fuison.
I leave with Uncle Andrew and head out to Nantucket.I also
bought a Elemental hero Shining flare wingman tin and only
pulled 1 holo out of it(super rare Damage condenser).
And now for props and slops
Props
Buying that Cyberdark dragon fuison set
Getting a good cyber dragon tin.
getting good trades
Getting 2 tins and 4 boosters in one day
Buying Armed dragon LV5 in ultimate rare form
Mike for winning first place
Pojo for posting this and for posting the last one.
I for doing better than eighth place.
That noob for holding his own
Andrew for picking me up
Slops
Not getting mirror force from that noob.
Not getting the Hamon tin instead of the E-hero
That Gabe kid for intentionally avoiding me when I try to
trade with him (even when I have a card he says he
wants/needs.
Not getting Dominos because not enough people entered.
Nothing else.
