KONAMI ANNOUNCES NEW INFORMATION FOR
YU-GI-OH!
MILLENNIUM DUELS

Duel with Characters from All Four Yu-Gi-Oh! Animated Series in the Newest

Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME on Xbox Live and PlayStation®Network!

El Segundo, CA (April 16, 2014) – Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. (KONAMI), the manufacturer of the world’s number one selling Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME (TCG), today revealed new information about Yu-Gi-Oh! Millennium Duels, the latest game based on the hugely popular TCG series. Yu-Gi-Oh! Millennium Duels will be available worldwide on the Xbox Live online entertainment network for the Xbox 360 games and entertainment system from Microsoft from April 23. The game will also be available on PlayStation®Network for the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system starting in Europe and Australia on April 23 and available for North and Latin America on April 29. Yu-Gi-Oh! Millennium Duels marks the return of the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise to the video game platform, which spans television and the trading card game.

In Yu-Gi-Oh! Millennium Duels, players enter a Virtual Dueling System, an advanced program in which they battle against simulated Duelists in the animated series, from classic Yu-Gi-Oh! to Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL. Players can even unlock avatars from the animated series and take them online to battle other players in versus matches.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Millennium Duels game features and functionality include:

·         Duel with the latest cards from the official Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME, including Xyz Monsters.

·         Customize your Decks with more than 6,000 cards, the most in any Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME video game.

·         Compete against 80 popular characters across all four animated series: classic Yu-Gi-Oh!, Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s, and Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL.

·         Battle through Single Player or compete in four-player tag duels with text and voice chat ability.

·         Compatible with previously purchased downloadable content from Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s Decade Duels Plus!

·         Online play includes three modes:

o   Rank Match – Compete against Yu-Gi-Oh! fans of the same rank and ability

o   Quick Match – Jump right into the action and compete against any Yu-Gi-Oh! fan.

o   Custom Match – Battle your friends and completely customize the rules of play.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Millennium Duels is available for download now via the Games Store on Xbox Live for $9.99 in the US & Canada only. Exciting and fun to play 55-card Decks and 24-card Packs will also be available as add-on content for $2.99 and $1.99 each, respectively. Yu-Gi-Oh! Millennium Duels is rated “E10+” (Fantasy Violence, Mild Blood, Suggestive Themes) by the ESRB.

Duelists can tune in every Saturday morning for the all-new Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL animated series and classic Yu-Gi-Oh! episodes on Vortexx on The CW in the United States. In addition, Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL airs twice on Sundays on Nicktoons. In Canada, Duelists can watch episodes of Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL every Friday and Saturday on YTV!
