Last Duel Of Destiny (1) Season 5

We start with Yugi talking with the priestess, and she says that this can only be done once every five thousand years. He has to do this in order for Atem's soul to rest. This ritual requires the Millennium Artifacts, and someone to duel Atem. If Atem wins, he stays. If Atem loses, he can rest. Kaiba wants to battle, but Yugi got to it first.

They enter the tomb and Yugi pulls out the Millennium Artifacts, putting them in their resting places, the pyramid last. Then, the Eye separates the two souls so Yugi can duel Atem. They face each other, then go to a wide dueling platform. Atem wants Yugi to win (understandably, who wants to be around for five thousand years doing nothing?) but if this duel will truly test their ability to separate, for Yugi to step out on his own, they have to battle to the best of their abilities.

Though Yugi can no longer hear Atem's thoughts, he's thinking much the same as he steps onto his side of the field. And thus begins the battle...

Being with them both as one person makes it hard for Yugi's friends to think who to vote for. It's hardest for Tea, and when everyone else starts rooting for Yugi, she secretly roots for Atem, not wanting him to leave. Atem and Yugi stay fairly level, but then Atem gains a sudden advantage, and Yugi is left in a tight corner...
