What's up readers! I will have to apologize for my leap
of absence, it was due to my preparation for the Shonen
Jump Championship in Houston, and also partly due to
school work, etc., I will spare you of the details, its
quite gruesome...
Today, I have a beatdown deck coming in from a reader
who is in desperate need of a fix, lets see what he had
to say...

*I certainly will man!
First up, I see its a beatdown deck, and that's exactly
why I picked it! I felt like fixing one of these, as it
was once my first deck type! OK, lets get started on
this fix, here come the monsters!
This IS a beatdown deck, so lets have...17 monsters in
this deck, lets pick them out...
Monsters x17
Mobius The Frost Monarch
King Tiger Whangu x2
Berserk Gorilla x2
Enraged Battle Ox x2
Breaker The Magical Warrior
Tribe - Infecting Virus
Cyber Jar
Blade Knight x2
Exiled Force
D.D. Assailant x2
Mystic Swordsman Lv2
Sinister Serpent
This monster line up is ALL about removing monsters on
your opponents side of the field, Card of the day
reviewer Coin Flip said on the forums he once ran an
Aggro deck (Basically the same thing as beatdown) and he
had about 20 card that revolved on removing a monster(s)
on the opponents side of the field...That's a lot of
removal!
In the magic's section we are pretty much all OVER the
place, so we are gonna even it right up, this is a
standard line up for this type of deck...
Magic's x16
Pot Of Greed
Graceful Charity
Delinquent Duo
Nobleman Of Crossout x2
Heavy Storm
Mystical Space Typhoon
Enemy Controller
Book Of Moon x2
Smashing Ground x2
Snatch Steal
Premature Burial
Swords Of Revealing Light
Reinforcements Of The Army
I was kinda iffy on the Reinforcements of the army, but
since we have 6 Cards we can search with it, and we had
room, it went in. This deck is HEAVILY focused on
facedown Monster card removal, Mystic Swordsman Lv2 was
also, alittle iffy, but I said what the heck, this deck
is pretty offensive, with a good deal of big monsters,
so they will be forced to set a lot, next up is the trap
line up, this is kind of a given...
Traps x7
Dust Tornado x2
Bottomless Trap Hole
Mirror Force
Call Of The Haunted
Torrential Tribute
Ring Of Destruction
We were restricted to 7 traps, we had the 4 "Staple"
traps in there, and we added in 2 Dust Tornado for that
extra bit of removal, and bottomless trap hole is a
pretty nice addition with so many Vampire Lords running
around in so many deck in today's metagame...
The deck is quite offensive, this is pretty much a quick
fix, as I have a lot of work to catch up on, but the
deck is a lot better then before...
Well, that's it for this time, if anyone plans on
attending Shonen Jump Houston, Email me at
RjAkaPeanut4U@Gmail.Com and we may could meet up, until
next time...
