Enshrined
Memories
In limited play, this is a useful card. In
Champions block limited play, card advantage is
EVERYTHING. Even though you have to tap out in
the late stages of a game in order to make this
card really pay off, gaining three or more cards
out of the deal could be a game winner a turn or
two later. Early in a game, this card could at
least help you get out of a creatureless rut.
I don't think this card has a future in
constructed play because the kinds of decks that
have a lot of creatures in them generally have
less mana in them, two ideas whose mutually
exclusive nature makes Enshrined Memories far
less useful.

Boy does this card seem interesting. It needs a
lot of mana, but green can create a lot of mana.
It needs a lot of creatures, but.. green has a
lot of creatures. Something about this seems
like its going to be a great card, but I can't
figure out what it will be good in except some
interesting ElfBalls variation of a deck. I
leave it to the combo players out there to break
this for me. In limited, I think I would mid
pick this as mid to late game theres nothing
wrong with trying to draw a few cards if I start
to run low.

I have no idea what to think of this card. I
absolutely think it has a place in constructed,
but I'm not so sure about where exactly. At the
very least, you can use it against a control
deck help you refill your hand and recover after
a devastating Wrath of God or something. There
are a lot of things you can do with it. It can
also help you search for a particular creature
if it's a key part of your deck.

Enshrined Memories
This card has been really popular from our
Website. The idea of an X spell in green
(Green being famous for producing large
amounts of mana), that can fill your hand is
a lot of fun. In casual, I can think of a
lot of fun ideas for this, some involving
Spellbook and other typically "casual"
cards. How about
Maro? =/

Memories is an amazingly beautiful sight.
I can’t
tell you how exciting this card is, I get goose
bumps (wow, my computer recognizes the book
series since it wants to make that one word and
capitalize it). Check me on this. Green relies
on creatures to win most games, right? Green has
the ‘best’ (most efficient undercosted)
creatures, right? Green generates mass amounts
of mana better than any other color, right?
Enshrined Memories only costs XG, right? Man,
how is that not good? Sure, you may miss drawing
Overrun but I am not losing any sleep over that.
There are just too many ways that Green can
abuse better creature draws and this card (along
with Commune with Nature) is probably as good as
Collective Unconscious. Wait a second, wasn’t
Collective Unconscious over hyped? Oh well, I
guess I will just have to over hype Enshrined
Memories – too many years of Green getting the
shaft (long ago) for this gamer to stop hyping
every decent green card. By the way, that was
just in constructed, in limited this card
practically reads “draw X cards.”

Memories --
It seems like this card could easily be abused,
but a specific method doesn't immediately jump
to mind. Usually, giving green any way to
restock their hand and play another wave of big,
cheap creatures is at least decent, and I doubt
this card is an exception. However, unless you
have specifically built your deck to take
advantage of this card, it really is just a
crapshoot on whether you hit a creature in the
appropriate number of cards. Also consider that
it is a sorcery, meaning if you dump all of your
mana into it during one turn, you won't be able
to play the creature you pull up (well, unless
you found an Ornithopter).
I usually don't like playing crapshoots in
limited, but I can see this card bailing you out
on occassion. Depending on the quality of my
cards, I might sneak Enshrined Memories into my
deck. If I don't have too many creatures, it can
probably find its way in.
